Information for new homeowners in the Fraser Fields IWDD

Whether you're brand new and want to take steps to getting your irrigation going OR you've been in your home for a while and are looking into utilizing this precious system, this is a great landing spot for you! We'll go over the basics for setting up irrigation and provide some additional resources where you can dig a bit deeper.

Getting Started with Irrigation

  1. Set up your account: Call SRP at 602-236-3333 to set up your account.
  2. Learn your neighborhood system: Talk with your neighbors to understand the ins and outs of where your water comes from. Some properties have more to do than simply opening the valve. There may be gates to adjust and so forth that are important to know so you can receive your water during your designated time.
  3. Contact a Field Service Liaison: We have an SRP representative for our area who can do a walk-through with you of your property, teach you how to use your valve, how much water to order, and much more! To schedule this, contact SRP at 602-236-3333 and ask to schedule a field service liaison appointment.
  4. Order Irrigation Water: Sign up for water delivery in one of the following ways:
    • Call SRP at 602-236-3333
    • Place an order in your SRP My Account
    • Sign up for the Recurring Order Program through the SRP Water App

Stopping or Canceling Irrigation Service

  • To cancel a single water order, log in to your SRP My Account and click the "skip next delivery" button. This will skip your next delivery only if you are signed up for recurring orders.
  • To permanently cancel, you need to call SRP at 602-236-3333.

How Much Water Should I Order?

Each property has a maximum time allowed. Water can be ordered in five-minute increments up to your property's allowable time. Depending on how much area you are irrigating on your property, you may need all that time or less. Some people have pools, concrete areas, or areas they don't want the water to go to, so they can take less time. You are responsible for decreasing your time if your water is flooding into the streets.
