Maintaining our irrigation system is crucial for its longevity and efficiency. This page provides information on how to report issues and what to do in case of needed repairs.
Reporting an Issue
If you notice any problems with the irrigation system, such as leaks, damage, or malfunctioning equipment, please report it immediately. Quick reporting helps us address issues promptly and prevent water waste.
To report an issue:
- Contact a board member directly (see Contact Us page for details)
- Email us at repairs@fraserfieldsiwdd.com
- Call our emergency hotline at (555) 911-IWDD for urgent issues
What to Include in Your Report
When reporting an issue, please provide the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The location of the problem (address or nearest cross streets)
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the problem, if possible
Maintenance Responsibilities
IWDD Responsibilities
The Fraser Fields IWDD is responsible for maintaining and repairing:
- Main irrigation lines
- Valves and gates in common areas
- Pumps and other shared infrastructure
Homeowner Responsibilities
Individual property owners are responsible for:
- Maintaining berms on their property
- Keeping their property's irrigation system in good condition
- Reporting issues promptly
Scheduled Maintenance
The IWDD conducts regular maintenance checks of the irrigation system. These are typically scheduled during the off-season to minimize disruption. We will notify residents in advance of any maintenance that may affect water delivery.
Emergency Repairs
In case of emergency repairs that may disrupt water delivery, we will make every effort to notify affected residents as quickly as possible. Please ensure your contact information is up to date with the IWDD.
